We stayed as a family in February 2026. A special thanks to the staff – everyone is very attentive, positive, and always ready to help with any request. The SPA is a must after a day of skiing, and having it included in the room price was one of the key reasons we chose this hotel. The warm panoramic outdoor pool is amazing and really helps your body recover after activities. The restaurant is not just part of the hotel, but a destination on its own: the menu includes not only traditional simple Ukrainian dishes but also quite refined meals. The breakfast selection is very diverse, with something new added every day – I especially noted the poppy seed pancakes, they were delicious! Breakfast even included complimentary prosecco for those who enjoyed it in the morning. Everything is at a high level – from design and furniture to cuisine and staff. The hotel has its own rental service; it is slightly more expensive than others and did not have snowboards, but the manager quickly found them individually for us. The Wi-Fi was a bit weak, especially in the evening when everyone returned, possibly due to power outages and generator switching. Overall, we didn’t really feel the impact of blackouts – everything switched to generators smoothly, including SPA. We would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to our friends! Also, no cases of rotavirus, which is often mentioned online… thank you @gora_bukovel for our stay.
